Voucher Launcher Addon - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Voucher Launcher Addon (hereinafter referred to as "the Addon"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Addon.

2. Description of Service

The Addon is an integration for Google Forms that enables users to send e-coupons to survey respondents upon completion of a survey.

3. Use of the Addon

3.1 Eligibility

To use the Addon, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

3.2 Account Registration

To access and use the Addon, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

3.3 Compliance

You agree to use the Addon in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Addon for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you collect and send using the Addon.

4.2 E-Coupon Validity

You are responsible for the validity and terms of the e-coupons you distribute through the Addon.

4.3 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Privacy

We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Addon, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Addon and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Botio Co. Ltd. and its licensors. The Addon is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Addon immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Botio Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Addon; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Addon is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
